In the spring of 2025, the NH Coalition to End Homelessness (NHCEH) initiated a comprehensive strategic planning process to refine and affirm the organization’s mission, vision, and values, and to establish priorities for the next three years. An extensive listening process included interviews with 25 key collaborators from a range of organizations across the state and a focus group of Granite Leaders Alumni to ensure that the voice of lived experience was a core element woven throughout the process. NHCEH also incorporated key findings and feedback from ten Regional Roundtables convened in late 2024 and early 2025 into the strategic planning process. These insights informed the development of the final Strategic Plan, which was adopted by the NHCEH Board of Directors in January 2026.
