NHCEH Letter re Impact of NH’s Housing Crisis on People with Disabilities
NH Coalition to End Homelessness submitted written testimony to inform the February 16 discussion about HB 1168, establishing a committee to study the impact of the housing crisis on people with disabilities. The letter highlights data on the increase of chronic homelessness, which by definition requires a person to have at least one diagnosable disability.
