Effective Client and Family Engagement: Working with Resistive Clients

On Monday, March 21, the NH Coalition to End Homelessness will host the “Effective Client and Family Engagement: Working with Resistive Clients” training. Participants will learn techniques to increase efficiency and effectiveness in responding to a range of challenging behaviors in clients and family contacts. This training will provide all participants with the necessary tools to improve their emotional response as they impact work with clients and family contacts.
