Stephen Tower is a staff attorney at New Hampshire Legal Assistance, providing free civil legal services to low-income families and seniors across New Hampshire. Stephen Tower serves as the co-director of NHLA’s Local Welfare Project, and additionally works in NHLA’s Housing, Benefits, and Senior Law Projects. Stephen joined the NH Coalition to End Homelessness Board in 2021.
